After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Studies and Psychology at the University of Notre Dame, Lapid returned home for medical school at the McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. With an interest in women’s health, she additionally pursued a dual degree in Master of Public Health at the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health.
