The Hills Fitness Center is a warm, natural environment that integrates indoor and outdoor recreation and fitness activity centers on an 11-acre campus. The facility caters to people of all ages and all ability levels from Olympic athletes to the elderly. Members of The Hills Fitness Center are entitled to usage of the heated indoor and outdoor pools, lighted fitness trail, weights, Cybex circuits, cardiovascular equipment, basketball and racquetball courts, stream room and locker rooms. The center s degreed and certified professionals offers wellness programming, spa services, fitness testing, nutritional counseling and individualized training. Members also have access to New Dimensions Physical Therapy, which is available on-site at the fitness center.
