Best Piccadilly! I have a bad habit of stopping in here every time I'm at HEB lol. Aside from the Piccadilly, the Horchata and green apple are also good freeze flavors. The esquites are excellent...

Workers don't wear a face mask or gloves when handling materials to make sno cones. Outside table doesn't get cleaned often either. Be careful, everyone!
