We have a professional staff, all of whom are able to fulfill all duties in the daily running of the shop. Louie Carrisalez, our operations manager, has over 16 years experience in the silk screening trade as a printer and production manager. He came to us from Country Charm under the supervision of Mr. Larry Ohlenberger, a long time silk screening business owner. Louie is known in the San Antonio silk screening industry as a dedicated professional who strives for excellence in his work, and who has the trust of many business associates. Our front office manager, Rhonda Carrisalez, is a former manager for several nationwide retail clothing outlets, and is a consummate professional. All our folks are hard working and reliable you won't be disappointed by their service and attention to detail! We are a small, Air Force veteran owned business, established in March 2005. We are located at 5419 Bandera Road in the West Loop II business park. Our facilities are approximately 3000 square feet, comprised primarily of production area. The core of our production line is the M&R Challenger, 10 color automatic press, which can yield a sustained output of over 600 shirts per hour. We also have an 8 color manual press to fill in for the smaller jobs. Both presses feed into the dryer, an M&R 36, which is more than capable of handling a full load from both machines. We also have a 100sf darkroom with a brand new exposure unit. Lastly, we have a full line of graphics software and artistic talent to help with your design and printing needs.
