Rude and not helpful, all he cared about was how much merch he could sell me. If I told him I already had it and bought it somewhere else he would say that brand isn't any good and won't help....

I had trouble with my pool heater and had Leslie's determine the problem. The workman finished was able to determine the problem and fix the pool heater.
