History

We started teaching traditional martial arts in The Colony in 1981. We have evolved & teach a variety of martial arts. Olympic Style Karate, Kickboxing, Shitoryu, Shorei Goju, Youn Wha Ryu.

Specialties

We have family owned & operated in The Colony, Texas for over 35 years! We teach traditional martial arts at a high level while providing a fun & safe training environment. Our Olympic Karate Competition Team has Team USA Members at the Senior & Junior Levels! We provide world class instruction.
