This restaurant is a tribute to Josefina Barrera Rodríguez, a devoted single mother who raised her children — Fernando, Daniel, José, and Nick — with strong values and unshakable faith. She taught them that nothing in life comes for free, that true success is earned through hard work, respect for others, mercy, and gratitude. Most importantly, she reminded them to always believe in God and put Him first in every circumstance — because without God, we would not be who we are today
