John Paul II High School is a coeducational Catholic college preparatory school located in Plano, Texas. Its 317,000-square-foot building can accommodate more than 1,200 students in grades nine through 12. Admissions are based on academic records and admission test. Its academic curriculum includes English, public speaking and academic competitions, economics, art, technology applications, foreign languages, science, social studies and math. It also includes computers, music, theatre, dance and physical education. The school organizes different academic competitions, such as mock tail, Model United Nations, Forensics and debate. Academic Decathlon is also one of the academic competition programs wherein students match their intellects with students from other schools.
