Never received my refund for a sandwich that was stale and too hard to eat or maybe the bread was over baked. Was told a refund would be sent but it's been a week. Never had this issue in Arizona...

Customer service is horrible, staff are extremely rude and get pissed at you for asking a question. Also don't expect them to add the condiments to your sandwiches.
