Had a catering order for our office and they didn't even give mustard or mayonnaise packets, napkins, or any additional things- very disappointing. Catering sandwiches are also very basic.

I came at 10am and they have a Hours at the door open at 10 am and they have employees inside the store and is close I wait 15 min still close

I took my work break at 9:50 knowing i have 30 minutes , got there right at 10 and although i realize they just opened they had no fresh bread ready which is understandable sometimes people run...

I love Jersey Mike's, but this particular store has terrible service. I blame the management for not training their staff. The staff are very friendly, but just don't know what they're doing.
