No Ice in machine, soda syrup diluted, fries cold, #1 sucked. No customers except grandson. And I. No wonder they don't have business. Baaaaadno stars deserved

Cant seem to get an order right. Asked for extra hot sauce for my tacos. Got absolutely no sauce at all. Dry and greasy af. Just chuncked them into the trash. Last time even bothering with Jack.

They make you wait in the parking lot after you pay and it ends up taking longer because they have to walk out to everyone's car and find who ordered what. Just give me the food at the window...
