Founded in 2001, we are a family-owned business with deep roots in the heart of Houston, TX. But our story begins long before that, with a young man’s passion for trees and a commitment to making a difference in the community. The owner, Laudelino Felipe, began his journey in the tree industry in 1996 at just 17 years old. Like many, he was looking for a way to make his mark in the world—and he found it in the towering trees of Houston. He began working as a groundman for other major tree companies in the Houston TX area, learning the trade from the ground up. It wasn’t just the physical work that fascinated him, but the responsibility and connection to nature that came with it. Over the next five years, Laudelino gained hands-on experience in every aspect of tree care—becoming a trusted expert in pruning, trimming, removals, and tree health. In 2001, after five years of hard work and dedication, Laudelino took a leap of faith and founded Tree Care Professional with a simple but powerful vision: to offer high-quality, reliable tree care services that were accessible and affordable for all. His goal wasn’t just to cut trees or trim branches—it was to nurture and preserve nature one tree at a time. As the business grew, so did Laudelino’s commitment to providing exceptional service. Every client deserves not just good service but a personalized approach, with an emphasis on safety, integrity, and environmental responsibility. This customer-first mentality, combined with Laudelino’s decades of hands-on experience, quickly set Tree Care Professional apart from the competition. Today, with more than 28 years of experience, we’re proud to continue what Laudelino started—providing top-tier tree care that’s built on family values, expert knowledge, and a passion for the environment.
