Best place in Lubbock to see Santa. Amazing amount of Christmas bulbs and trees on display. This is an annual pilgrimage for us. Also like this place for gardening gifts.

Holland Gardens, a family owned business, was started by Wayne and Ann Holland after they both graduated from Texas Tech University in April 1965. From our humble beginnings with just two employees, we have developed one of the most complete garden centers in the southwest that specializes in trees, shrubs, and grasses that are hardy and adaptable to a wide range of growing conditions in the southern part of the USA. We are proud to be the only licensed producer of TifGrand certified Bermuda grass plugs in the nation. We are also the premiere holiday decoration showplace of West Texas from October to January featuring over 250 decorated Christmas trees. Each with it's own unique decoration theme. We carry an extensive line of holiday lighting, ornaments and permanent Christmas trees to help you turn your home into a holiday wonderland. I like the products, but would rather have a refund for a product, instead of store credit.

My experience with their no refund policy (not disclosed until I attempted to make a return) at Holland Gardens includes refusal to offer store credit or refund if they sell you a defective...
