Hertz Rent A Car

Though I initially had a disappointing experience, Hertz customer service was exceptional and offered a full refund. I appreciate the accountability.

They will get you in a vehicle while in person just on the phone you have to wait an average of an hour or so. Been on hold for hour to confirm of a rental and still on hold. Not a good look.

Don't answer the phone, Employees don't know their policies. Hispanic lady in the front with the dark eyebrows is rude and not helpful at all. Glenn is also useless.
