Their quote was absurd. I am a retired electrician from South Carolina and Hansel Electric appears to be in the business of taking advantage of unsuspecting homeowners.

They sent out a very good electrician. But I told them when I called that I need them to trace a wire in the ground to my mailbox light that was shorting out. They sent him without a tracer...

Indicated first thing in the morning that they'd be out later in the day. When I called back in the afternoon, they informed me they were backed up for weeks. Very poor communication.
