Pay ahead for RX is a waste of time. You have to wait in line with others. Folks leave Pharmacy line to do their grocery shopping and then come back to thir place in line.

Service has improved. Kinda sketchy crowd but its expected in the Little Detroit part of town. They've got onsite security. Good HEB value in an old school dingy 1970s type store.
