I literally asked for a trim, and they cut off about 2.5 inches. My hair is already short. So an extra inch and a half really makes a huge difference. I feel like I look ridiculous now.

RUDE. We came in to get a hair cut with my daughter and the stylist was RUDE. No personality. No sense of humor. Slapped my hand with the Comb to move my hand!!! Told me "we'll she's doing it"....
