HistoryOur company originated in 1988 as a corporation with five stockholders under the name Wayjuston Construction Management. In July of 2000, firm president, Samuel W. Best, took full ownership of the firm to create Best Construction Services, Inc. Samuel (Sam) W. Best, principle owner, has a Masters in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. His career began in bank auditing and public school finance. With a knack for numbers and ramrodding folks, Mr. Best joined Wayjuston Construction Management in 1988 as president and guided the company through numerous successful public bond issues and school construction projects across Texas. Upon taking principle ownership as Best Construction Services, he continued to build public school facilities but expanded to include other projects such as fire stations, county annexes, medical office facilities, retail office spaces, retail finish out projects, bingo halls, and other commercial construction projects.SpecialtiesCommercial construction management services, raw land development, and general contracting in Texas.
