Garage Radillo

My son is a student at DBU and he needed some work done on his vehicle. Great communication and they did an amazing job. My mechanic checked it out when he came home and said it was perfect.

Took in my vehicle for a noise they said they fixed it I paid close to 400 then a day later it's acting up I take it back now it's something else that's 280 well 2 days later it's acting up again...

They don't know how to do their job right. Went in to change my break pads and left out two important screws. Now the repair will cost me even more.

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience at this Auto Shop. I can not recommend them. The customer service was very poor: They didn't listen when I would explain the issue and treated me terribly...

We were on the way back to Austin & suddenly our AC Stopped working after going through a drive thru Car Wash @ a Close by Shell Station. Garage Radillo really Hooked us up by getting the AC going...
