Fiesta Grill

History

Owner and Founder, Ben Martinez has been working in the restaurant business for over 40 years and opened the first Fiesta Grill in 1997 (Which was then called Fiesta Inn) with the help of his wife and co-owner Maria Martinez in Ferris TX. After 5 years with hopes to move and expand, they closed that one and opened another restaurant (this time named Fiesta Grill) in Ennis,TX and gained popularity and business around the early 2000s. With this momentum, they later on added 2 more locations. One in Corsicana, TX and another in Mabank, TX (which is now closed down). Right now, the rest of the family keeps Fiesta Grill held up and still going strong. As well as having their youngest son, Mario Martinez inheriting the family business. Even though he's currently retired, over 20 years later, Ben is always watching over the restaurants and you can catch him at the Fiesta Grill in Corsicana still greeting his fellow customers. His wife, Maria, runs the Ennis location and is always there.
