I started inspecting in 2016 after a career in residential and commercial construction. i also provide consulting services to property owners who need help with their project.

Pat Ferguson performs home and commercial property inspections in the Austin and Central Texas area. I have a wide range of construction and management experience which includes owning and operating a construction company for 13 years that specialized in remodeling, roofing and custom home building and over 20 years as senior project manager and estimator in commercial and high end residential construction in Austin. My experience provides me with the ability to effectively inspect and evaluate your property, at a competitive cost, and convey to you the true condition, so that your decisions are based on sound and accurate information.
