Applying what they knew about natural alternatives to chlorine, the team at Organic Pools came up with a natural regiment that effectively eliminates algae, bacteria, viruses, and other pool contaminants while using less chlorine than is in tap water. Despite sharing their findings with the companies they worked with, those companies would not adopt or change their chlorine dependent maintenance, citing profits and expense as a motive.
