Food is good but I always have to wait so long in the drive thru even when it's slow! And always out of everything bagel.

This place is terrible. Over a dozen employees walking around like a bunch of Oompa Loompas, one with a lollipop in her mouth in the food area (I'm sure that's a health code violation), can't get...

A bit pricy for bagels and found coffee not strong enough. Wait staff needs more training.

So happy to have an Einstein Bros near by. The bagel sandwiches are hot and fresh and the the staff is friendly.
