Expected to pick up a delicious toasty bagel. Epic fail. My bagel was not toasted, but instead was soft and squishy. The schmear was not great. Got the maple bagel with strawberry cream cheese....

I reached out to customer service as requested by the manager and they never contacted me back. That just put Einstein further down on my list of good places.
