About Drip Coffee Company was founded by Steve Thatcher, a veteran of the coffee business with more than 18 years of experience owing and operating specialty coffeehouses. Steve opened his first store, Roasters Coffee & Tea Company, in his home town of Amarillo, Texas, in 1992. Later Steve opened a second location in Boston, which won Best Coffee by Boston Magazine. We are honored that Chef Dean Fearing chose our coffee to be served at Fearing's Restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas. Steve's latest venture, Drip Coffee Company, opened in December 2005 in the heart of Dallas' Park Cities. Drip's mission is quite simpleto provide the highest quality coffee available in the world. We hand roast all of our coffees on site in small batches to ensure that our customers enjoy only fresh coffee roasted to its peak flavor.

Great local spot with unique options. Friendly for doing work and comfortable. Liked to lite food options. Banana and Pumpkin bread was great. Got the Matcha. Nice tea.

I've been coming here since I was a college kid. It's great place for a date or studying. The high school kids can get a little loud if you try to work early in morning or after school gets out....

Great coffee and the pastry are good here too. The hot white mocha is my go too. And the breakfast tacos are good too
