Second opportunity we have given them after first time my nails cracked 2 days later with no resolution. This time my daughter was cut 3 times and all they said was "I'm sorry" with no resolution.

They don't listen to what you request. Twice I've taken my daughter to get her nails done and I tell them what she will get but they end up up charging us.
