not sure why all of the harsh reviews. We've always had an amazing experience at this Dairy Queen. Great food, hot fries. Ice cold ice cream. Everything is as expected or better.

Second time re-ordering our food. Ugh. We're hungry, it's late, and we were charged for everything. When we came back, they replaced the one item. Cold, but at least we got it.

Waited 28 minutes for 1 4-piece steak finger basket in drive thru. 28 minutes. For 4 steak fingers and a handful of fries. Do better?????
