Was here with my kids for the first time and I was very surprised that the cookies were warm because I did pickup and they were very warm

Went on 1/23/2026 service was horrible. The "team lead" Cynthia (said that was her name) was very rude to myself and other customers. Never again will I visit this location.

Horrible service from employee - I asked for assistance with the ordering tablet, was treated like an inconvenience and was rudely told that I just did it wrong. Normally I wouldn't have an issue...
