Midland/Odessa does not have many nicer restaurant options but Cork and Pig is one of them and a great one at that! My coworkers, a customer, and I had a reservation and we were promptly seated....

We met up for drinks. I love the vibe it's definitely a great place to meet up with Friends and Family. The staff worked hard to get drinks out quickly. I did not eat but the food I saw look tasty.
