I remember a time when chilis was the place to go. Not anymore. Staff walked around unaware and apathetic. Food was mediocre at best. Honestly felt like I was eating warmed up frozen food....

I got served completely raw chicken and didn't know until I took a second bite. And that's because our food was just sitting there for awhile. I'm so disgusted. I better not get sick. Terrible...
