Our menu is built on Mexican staples such as tortillas, beans, and spicy salsas. We offer traditional Mexican street food and comfort dishes. We first started as a food truck serving on weekends and now you can find us open everyday as a brick & mortar kitchen inside The Bottling Department (Pearl's Food Hall). We opened as a family owned and operated business in 2018. Susana and Orlando (owners), grew up in Mexico and started this project in hopes of bringing the dishes they most enjoy eating as a family to their neighbors.

All-around great Mexican fare. The Campechana Torta was extremely tasty, very hefty, and packed with protein. The Barbacoa Taco was small but also had tender meat and plenty of flavors going on....

Never not satisfied with the food at Chilaquil! We always like to come to the Pearl and drink craft beer and people watch. And always always get us a pink box of delicious tacos.
