Chase Bank

Not enough help at the branch. Whenever you try to call the branch no one answers the phone.

Bank Representative Christine X. was extremely rude and spoke harshly during a telephone interaction with me. I didn't feel valued as a customer.

I hate this bank, they never answer and I get non stop spam calls for mortgages when I already own a house and if I was do do investment properties I would never do it through chase.
