Clean with soap, water, window wand or brush. 3. Squeegee 4. Buff In the past you could use double 00 steel wool on the glass or razor blades to get them clean. Today's low E rated and tempered windows WILL Scratch using these methods. I will never use anything that could damage your windows and stand behind my work every time. Lastly, I do the work myself. There may be times I have an assistant with me but unlike other companies I personally am at every job site and check all work at completion.
