I brought my car in for a routine oil change Oct8 at which point the service rep Carlos recommended additional services which is common every time I bring the car in for my "free" oil change....

The service department is horrible. Zero communication. They dropped the ball multiple times. My car went from unsafe to drive, and the parts are on backorder to your car is ready. Not one...
