Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, established in 1969, has remained a part of the Diocese of Dallas for more than 80 years. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, the diocese has more than 400,000 Catholic members in over 90 parishes. It is served by several priests, deacons, sisters and brothers. Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth consists of more than 20 counties of north central Texas covering an area of over 20,000-square-miles. It offers a wide range of programs, including the safe environment program, which focuses on providing a safe environment for children, youth and adults.
