Had bad problems with main service box ground. Cable sent someone a short time later. The problem was fixed and charges were very very reasonable. I truly recommend them and will call them first...

We called and scheduled an appointment for noon today. (07/29/14). It is now 6:00 p.m. No one came. No one called. No one from their company will ever be allowed in our home.
