BIMS has been dedicated to heating, cooling, and mechanical services since 1980. The company was founded by HVAC contractor Randy Bellomy. He launched the business with just $200, an old truck, and a determination to do things the right way. Working out of his home, Randy built his reputation on a simple promise: In 2018, BIMS went through a major transformation. BIMS shifted its focus toward commercial and industrial HVAC-R-larger, more complex systems that demand advanced technical knowledge. Along with this evolution came a fresh identity: BIMS-Bellomy Industries & Mechanical Services-a name that better reflects the company's mechanical expertise and capability to support large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
