HistoryDuring my healing journey and after becoming a mother of two beautiful children, I found Dr Shefali's work and finally understood that the best gift I could ever give my kids was to heal my own wounds and learn to love myself. After recovering and transforming my own life, I became a life coach for kids and teens. Client after client, I realized that I could only impact their lives to a certain extent. I also realized if I wanted to empower them fully it could only happen through strengthening their connection with their own parents.
