I'm going to come out and say it... MSG, lots and lots of MSG... I'm ok with using MSG in food but they use so much of it here that it leaves a weird after taste on my tongue... The side dishes...

This is the best fish I had in Dallas. Truly authentic Chinese dish and you should definitely try it!
