The agent in Pleasanton TX gave me directions to fix my problem. The agent at customer service on the phone was for sells only and couldn't help me ; unless I wanted a new line, new tablet etc.

We tried to go in today to return and upgrade a phone. Customers were not properly wearing masks. We did not feel safe. We were also ignored while standing on the sidewalk waiting.
