Great service. My fries were cold and the associate changed them out with a smile and apology. Also, for new mac and cheese is next level!

The service sucks here they don't double check orders. Drink was ice! This is very subpar and not what I expected out of Arbys!

I understand the diminished service during the CoVid-19 mitigation efforts but only one car ahead and a 15 min wait just to order. Then I had visions of the Prime Rib Sandwich that was advertised...

DONT GO HERE!! Ordered a Sandwich and Lemonade and found not 1, but 2 mosquitoes and a gnat in my drink check y'all drinks because hell nah this ain't it
