Best gym in Lufkin!! Gym is 24/7, awesome staff, and friendly environment! Has been totally renovated also! New paint, signs, brand new bathrooms that are tile and granite top counters, walk in...

It's a small gym with only a few machines - or maybe it just seems that way because of the small size. The quality of the machines that ARE there is good, but there just isn't much of a variety....
