HistoryI have been a Personal Trainer since 2015 and recently took the step to make my own official business.SpecialtiesI am a double-certified Fitness/Personal Trainer with a full-service, holistic, Mobile company. I have a Fitness Trainer Certification though International Sports Sciences Association, and a Personal Trainer Certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine. I provide Fitness, health, and exercise related services in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you choose to meet. I work with all types of people but have a specialty working with seniors, obese or underweight people, and people who have special circumstances (i.e. high blood pressure, post-rehab, difficulty losing weight, and much more).
