They should not get any stars. They will find any way possible to charge late fees and are not helpful at all. Like Art said, they send the billing late and even when you mail in the money...

Poor at best. They send billing late, and then charge late fees when it is not paid on time. When you call about an issue they are nice, but act overwhelmed and get little accomplished.
