History

We have over 20 years in the food industry trained under several talented chefs in many settings such as restaurants, hotels, and resorts in the U.S. and the Caribbean islands. After many years for working for these corporations we decided to build our own business that is Alvarez Catering.

Specialties

We are accommodating with customers needs and wants, and will work well with their budget. We use only the freshest ingredients and quality meats. Never boxed or premaid foods. Our food is made from scratch. As Texans, we are known for our Mexican and Latin Cuisine, as well as the barbecue package, but we have produced banquet functions for large and small groups. We are able to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, anything from barbecue to Carribbean, formal, or casual.
