I've had mixed experiences with AJ's Small Engine Repair. They do fix lawn mowers, and I've purchased a 32-inch standard Wright mower from them, so they're clearly knowledgeable about equipment....

I had basically a new Ryobi Power Washer that was used twice. The warranty location was to AJ's Small Engine Repair. It sat there for 4 months with me calling every week for the last 1.5 months...

If you went to AJ's there is a good chance you had to because of your "manufacturer warranty" and most likely your warranty claim was denied "by the manufacturer" and you had to pay out of pocket...
