ATSER is a full-service, privately owned engineering consulting firm. It offers infrastructure, roadway and rail design and construction services. Operational since 1993, the company serves the public and private sectors. It offers asphalt, geotechnical and environmental engineering, asbestos and construction material testing solutions. The company undertakes projects for airports, school districts, municipalities and sports complexes. ATSER manages a staff of project managers and programmers and maintains a human resources department. Its environmental services include groundwater monitoring and risk reduction and environmental land use planning, as well as groundwater monitoring and risk reduction.

Krueger Engineering & Manufacturing is that it is an organization of highly motivated and skilled people at all operating levels of the company. It is a family owned business with its founder and visionary, Roger Krueger, having led the company for more than 50 years. Krueger has grown steadily and substantially over its 50-plus years of operation and is capable of performing to the most exacting requirements of its worldwide clientele, with the added advantage that every order gets close supervision at the manager level. KRUEGER Engineering was established in 1951 as a postage-stamp-sized facility with a handful of employees. The original facility was on Tidwell Road in Houston. After a few years, the fledgling operation was on its way to success and required a larger plant.
