The Livingston Flower Basket is a well established, reputable business that was established in 1984. Throughout our history, we have been located on the historic town square in Livingston. We first began serving the public in the building that was previously home to Bilbrey's Grocery located at 120 North Court Square, a business that was operated by Vasco and Claudine Bilbrey. In 1991, seeing the need for more space, we moved up four doors into a much larger spacious location which had been home to Smith's Department Store, a long standing business that had been operated by Mr. Roy Smith, and later by Tim and Peggy Pangle. Our new location enabled us to expand our services to include gifts and a greater variety of floral products. We are a member of the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce, the Overton County Merchants Assocation, the Tennessee Association of Florists and FTD Wire Services. We believe that QUALITY and SERVICE are our best products and we guarantee your satisfaction.
