Don't make an appointment. It doesn't matter. Slowest service in the Chattanooga area. I have been waiting for a hour past my appointment time.

Very slow service . The check in was set at 10am but at 11 am I'm still waiting.. And I had to skip breakfast for blood, urinalysis and chest xray. Terrible.

Super slow service. They told me it wouldn't be much longer and I waited another 40 minutes. Total wait time was over an hour.

Terrible slow and not friendly. Waited over 20 minutes after signing in to be acknowledged by staff and then and other 20 minutes to be called back for the blood draw. No one was in the office...
