Mack’s Flooring Company was founded by Mack Jenkins in 1948 and has been serving the Greater Knoxville area ever since. While family-owned businesses are becoming a thing of the past, Mack’s Flooring is still owned and operated today by Mack’s family members. When Mack retired after more than forty years in flooring, the business was passed on to his youngest daughter and son-in-law, Deanie and Bill Johnson. At Mack’s flooring, we take great pride in giving our customers personalized, hands-on service that large chain stores cannot. We have long-time employees that offer excellent knowledge and service in the installation of new hardwood flooring, as well as the refinishing of existing hardwood floors, both residential and commercial. We have built our reputation on excellent craftsmanship and making sure the customer is completely satisfied when their job is complete and we’re proud to continue making Knoxville homes and businesses beautiful.
